XSponse, LLC (“XSponse”) warrants that for 90 days from delivery (or up to 90 days after shipment for authorized reseller sales): (i) the media and license key dongle for XSponse software will be free from material defects under normal use, and (ii) the software will substantially conform to XSponse’s current functional specifications when properly installed on approved hardware and operated per its documentation.
